Retention and transfer of Personal Data
How long we keep information
CWS retains Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy. We may keep it longer where needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce legal agreements and policies.

Your choices and privacy rights
Subject to applicable law and its commencement provisions, you may ask CWS to provide information about your Personal Data, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, update it, or erase data that is no longer required. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent and raise a grievance about how a request was handled.
You have the right to delete, or ask us to help delete, Personal Data collected about you. If the Service offers an Account, it may allow you to update, amend, or delete certain information in account settings. You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.
We may need to verify your identity before acting. We may also retain information where a legal obligation or other lawful basis requires it. If a request cannot be completed, we will explain the reason where the law permits.
